INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g fresh or frozen berry mix
  • 120g beetroot, diced
  • 500g Greek Yoghurt
  • 250g nutty granola

Method:

  1. Divide the yoghurt between four bowls. Top each bowl with a handful of the berries and a large spoon of diced beetroot. Tip the remaining beetroot and berries into two separate bowls for everyone to help themselves to at the table.
  2. Sprinkle over two tablespoons of the granola, and tip any remaining granola into a little bowl for everyone to help themselves to top-ups at the table.
  3. Serve the beetroot granola bowls immediately, with the bowls of extra ingredients alongside.
