INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 150g raw beetroot peeled and cubed
  • 30g fresh ginger
  • 100g celery cut in thirds
  • 350g apple juice

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth (approx 1 minute)
  2. Pour the contents into serving glasses or store in the fridge in jars until required.
