4 sweet chilli beetroot from the infused beetroot ready-to-eat range
2 fillet steaks
1tsp olive oil
4 tbsp Crème Fraiche
Salt and pepper

100g Tenderstem broccoli, steamed & tossed in Lemon juice and olive oil
