INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot, apple and grapefruit juice
1 pack of vacuum packed natural cooked beetroot
2 dessert apples
1 peeled grapefruit
Beetroot, pear and ginger juice
1 pack of vacuum packed natural cooked beetroot
4 pears
2-4cm grated fresh ginger
Method:
- Put through a juicer.
- Pour in to glasses and serve.
